Udi Mokady is CyberArk’s Founder and Executive Chairman. As Executive Chair, Mokady takes an active role in ensuring alignment of the company’s long-term Identity Security strategy and mission, and fostering ongoing customer and partner relationships. Mokady most recently served as CEO, a position he held from 2005 through March 2023. Mokady helped establish CyberArk as the global leader in Identity Security and will continue to focus on expanding CyberArk’s global reach and brand awareness.

Mokady took CyberArk public in 2014; CyberArk is regarded as one of the most successful tech IPOs of that year. Based on his strategic vision and deep cybersecurity experience, Mokady is a successful public company leader who was instrumental in driving CyberArk’s business transformation to consistently achieve record growth while accelerating overall market adoption of its Identity Security solutions.

Since founding the company more than 20 years ago, Mokady’s strong relationships with customers and partners have helped inform the company’s vision. CyberArk’s success is based on its foundation in privileged access management, a market Mokady helped create when he co-founded the company in 1999. His experience establishing CyberArk as the market leader in privileged access management, evolving the definition of the market over time and elevating it as a “must have” cybersecurity solution provides a strategic roadmap for similar success in Identity Security. Mokady was instrumental in giving CyberArk a first-mover competitive advantage with acquisitions in areas such as secrets management and access management and driving investments in cloud technologies and an expanded SaaS portfolio.

Mokady was elected Chairman of the Board in 2016. During his tenure at CyberArk, Mokady also served as Chief Operating Officer and primary strategist and visionary – overseeing global expansion, management, execution and corporate development.

Prior to CyberArk, Mokady specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel at Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of secure wireless communications systems.

Mokady regularly leads keynote addresses at global cybersecurity events and is looked to as a trusted source on emerging industry trends. He received the 2018 Asper Award for Global Entrepreneurship from Brandeis University and a 2017 SC Media Reboot Award as a cyber security influencer. He was named the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Technology Security category in New England. Mokady is a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Cyber Security Advisory Panel and the Brandeis International Business School Board of Advisors. He was previously a member of the Demisto Board of Directors, prior to its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks in March 2019.

A veteran of a Military Intelligence unit, Mokady holds a law degree (L.L.B.) from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master of Science Management degree (MSM) from Boston University.

Matt Cohen is Chief Executive Officer of CyberArk. Cohen joined CyberArk in 2019 as Chief Revenue Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2020. Cohen has a proven track record as a results-driven leader, playing an instrumental role in driving the execution of CyberArk’s strategy. Cohen spearheaded CyberArk’s transition to a subscription business model, leading a comprehensive program that transformed the operations of the entire company. Cohen is deeply aligned with CyberArk’s long-term mission and culture, and its differentiated security-first approach to developing the industry’s most advanced, comprehensive Identity Security platform. He is focused on building and executing a long-term strategy that will drive sustainable growth, profitability and scale.

As Chief Operating Officer, Cohen was responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market operations including leading the global sales, customer success, services, support and channel partner organizations. Under Cohen’s leadership, the go-to-market organization focused on delivering transformational value to customers by providing the highest levels of customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience. He extended the global reach of the channel partner organization by increasing routes to market and focusing on partner enablement. As CyberArk broadened its product portfolio into Identity Security, Cohen transitioned the enterprise sales organization from a product-centric sales focus to a platform motion.

Previously, Cohen was Executive Vice President of Field Operations at PTC where he developed and executed the Company’s go-to-market strategy across sales, customer success, services and support, product and field marketing, and demand generation. He played an instrumental role in executing the organization’s transition to a subscription model and the rapid development and roll out of PTC’s cloud strategy. During his 18-year tenure with PTC, Cohen held various leadership positions across customer success and global services where he built the customer success function, transformed the global services business, helped the company successfully enter new technology markets and scale the organization into a greater-than-one-billion-dollars-in-Annual-Recurring-Revenue company.

Cohen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.

Ruth Shaked is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CyberArk. She is responsible for the company’s global people and culture strategies and operations, including talent programs, employee experience and wellbeing, total rewards, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and organizational design. Her extensive experience includes building world class global teams and environments supporting rapid growth and transformation.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Shaked held executive leadership HR roles at both private and public global technology companies including MediaMind and Lumenis. She has been part of management teams that have led companies through mergers and acquisitions as well as a successful IPO.

Shaked holds a bachelor of arts degree in American History from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Simon Mouyal is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at CyberArk. Mouyal is responsible for overseeing global marketing strategy and execution at CyberArk to amplify brand awareness and further extend market leadership.

Mouyal is an award-winning marketing leader with over 25 years of technology and SaaS expertise. Prior to CyberArk, Mouyal served as the CMO at athenahealth and was previously CMO at Medidata Solutions. Mouyal has also held marketing and sales leadership roles at large technology companies including Rackspace, Microsoft and HP where he drove digital transformation initiatives and led corporate growth within emerging markets, including Asia-Pacific.

Mouyal has earned global recognition including a MarCom Gold Award for Strategic Communications Marketing. He was named the Corporate Marketer of the Year by the Association of National Advertisers and as one of the 100 most innovative CMOs in the world by Hot Topics magazine.

Mouyal earned an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France.

Clarence Hinton is Chief Strategy Officer, Head of Corporate Development at CyberArk. He is responsible for formulating, assessing and executing strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to CyberArk, Hinton served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Nuance Communications, where he was responsible for identifying, developing and executing acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and joint ventures. He also previously led strategy and corporate development for BMC software, and held operational, strategic and financial roles at Dell, Bain & Company and Capital One.

Hinton holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chief Product Officer | Management Team

Peretz Regev is Chief Product Officer at CyberArk. Regev oversees the organization’s product management, R&D, innovation and technology operations. In this role, he will continue to drive development and competitive advantage for the CyberArk Identity Security Platform, which is differentiated by its use of intelligent privilege controls. Regev brings experience with AI/machine learning technologies that are key to fostering innovation and customer value.

Regev was previously with PayPal for seven years, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Data Science and Engineering. There, he cultivated a strong track record of creating successful SaaS and cloud-based enterprise-grade solutions for enterprises around the globe. Regev also served as the General Manager of PayPal Israel.

Previously, Regev led the SaaS products and Big Data Analytics teams at HP Software, where he helped define the company’s overall product strategy and roadmap, drove the research agenda with the HP Labs team and developed the vision and business strategy for the organization’s end-to-end DevOps solutions during his 12-year tenure.

Regev earned his BSc in Computer Science cum laude from Reichman University and his MBA cum laude from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Donna Rahav is Chief Legal Officer at CyberArk. With over 18 year experience, Rahav leads CyberArk’s global legal team that is responsible for supporting CyberArk’s rapid growth while optimizing risk mitigation. Rahav is the architect of the company’s compliance program, manages all corporate legal matters and plays a key role in helping close strategic deals and corporate initiatives.

Previously, Rahav held positions at global, publicly traded technology companies and was an associate at an Israeli law firm specializing in technology transactions.

Rahav holds a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Laws from Tel Aviv University in collaboration with University of California, Berkeley, an executive program focused on corporate and commercial law.

As the Chief Transformation Officer at CyberArk, John Curry is responsible for driving business transformation and operational excellence across the company. Curry leads a global team spanning central business analytics, customer experience, go-to-market operations, and enablement. Since joining CyberArk in 2020, Curry has been a driving force behind the company’s rapid shift to a subscription business model and several corporate initiatives focused on growth and scale.

Prior to CyberArk, Curry held senior go-to-market strategy and operational leadership roles at PTC and Cengage, where he led various teams including inside sales, renewals, customer success, planning, analytics, communications, and customer research. Earlier in his career, Curry served as a Senior Principal at Boston Consulting Group and a Product/R&D and Systems Engineering leader at Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Curry holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, Master of Engineering from Johns Hopkins, and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

As the Chief Solutions Officer at CyberArk, Gil Rapaport is responsible for leading CyberArk’s Identity Security solutions organization, focused on a value-centric security first mindset in securing customers’ identities.

Rapaport is an experienced entrepreneur, who has built companies ranging from early-stage start-up to post-startup, as well as businesses in restart mode with a keen focus on assembling smart, skilled teams that know how to reach sustainable growth.

Rapaport joined CyberArk following their 2015 acquisition of Viewfinity, where he was President and co-founder, which became CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager. Continuing with his enterprising spirit, Gil also co-developed a new product line of password-less and VPN-less technology that is now foundational for CyberArk Remote Access and Vendor PAM products.

Most recently, Rapaport was the General Manager of CyberArk Access solutions where he managed business and product strategy for CyberArk Identity. In this role, he helped scale CyberArk to a leadership position in the Access Management market by leading the development and launch of innovative security-first identity products, Secure Web Sessions, and Secure Browser.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Gil was with CA as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management and Executive Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for XOsoft (acquired by CA). Rapaport earned his MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Omer Grossman is the Global Chief Information Officer at CyberArk. After serving in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for more than 25 years, Grossman leads CyberArk’s Global Information Technology group. Grossman brings deep experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure and building out scalable, resilient IT environments.

Previously, Grossman served as the Head of the IDF’s Cyber Defense Operations Center. In this role, he led joint and national cyber defense campaigns and operations. Grossman also served as Head of the Center for Computing and Information Systems (Mamram), the central Cloud Service Provider of the IDF, providing data and infrastructure services to all military branches including the general command staff.

Grossman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Science in Government Information Leadership from the National Defense University, College of Information and Cyberspace in Washington D.C.

Shahar Layani is Chief Customer Officer at CyberArk. Layani is responsible for driving customer outcomes and exceptional customer experience for CyberArk’s global customers. He’s also charged with leading customer success, implementation services, consulting services, training services and customer support worldwide.

Layani was CyberArk’s first Quality Assurance Engineer and quickly moved into other positions including Software Developer, Sales Engineer, Director of Technical Services and Vice President of Professional Services for the Americas. Layani was instrumental in helping extend the reach of CyberArk solutions within large enterprise organizations with a strong emphasis on secure deployments and fulfilling business requirements, and by continuously innovating customer service approaches.

Layani joined CyberArk at its founding in 1999. Previously, Layani served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Air Force and studied Computer Science at Tel-Aviv University. In his line of duty, Layani served in a Combat Helicopter Squadrant, responsible for intelligence research, pilot briefings and missions planning.

Chen Bitan is the Chief Cyber Transformation Officer at CyberArk and the General Manager of CyberArk Israel. Bitan plays a key role in defining and executing the company’s business strategy and vision. Since joining the company when founded in 1999, Bitan has been instrumental in bringing CyberArk’s products from prototype to market leading enterprise class cyber security solutions, with a strong focus on continuous innovation, while ensuring best of breed solutions and highest level of security. Based on his deep cyber security experience, Bitan works with key CyberArk customers, advising them on driving their Identity Security programs.

Bitan brings extensive experience in leading software organizations, with deep understanding in the cyber security market. Prior to joining CyberArk, Bitan led the development of billing and customer care systems for telecommunication providers at Amdocs Software Ltd. (NYSE: DOX) and previously, the development of 4GL products for the Asia Pacific and Japan market at Magic Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC).

Bitan served as the head of the programming education department at the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) Academy for Computer Studies (Mamram). He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

Vincent Goh is President, Asia Pacific & Japan at CyberArk. Vincent leads the sales and channels teams, and is responsible for driving CyberArk’s growing customer base and channels across the region.

Prior to joining CyberArk, Vincent was Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan for RSA, The Security Division of EMC for more than five years. In addition to accelerating growth for the various business portfolios within RSA, he chartered the transformation of RSA from an authentication-focused business to an intelligence-driven-security provider in Asia Pacific & Japan..

Vincent has more than 20 years of IT industry and sales experience helping grow companies including EMC, AST, Dell and Iomega.

Vincent was also a member of the Republic of Singapore Airforce. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Information Technology from the National University of Ireland, Dublin and an executive certificate in Management and Leadership from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.

Rich Turner is President of Sales for EMEA. He’s responsible for executing strategic sales and channel initiatives to drive growth and expand market opportunities for CyberArk in the region.

Turner previously served as president of EMEA at FireEye. Prior, as chief executive at Clearswift Systems, one of the largest security software firms in the UK, Turner drove consecutive years of subscription revenue growth and improved operating margins; led the sale of the company to Lyceum Capital; and earned leadership recognition from SC Magazine. Additionally, he’s held board-level roles at technology and investment businesses, and also spent more than 11 years at RSA, the Security Division of EMC, where he held several senior management positions including vice president EMEA, vice president EMEA and Asia Pacific, and vice president worldwide channels.

Kim Perdikou has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2014. Since 2013, Ms. Perdikou has served as the Juniper Networks, Inc. board observer on two of Juniper’s portfolio companies. From 2010 to August 2013, Ms. Perdikou served as the Executive Vice President for the Office of the Chief Executive Officer at Juniper Networks, Inc. Before that she served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Infrastructure Products Group and as Chief Information Officer at Juniper Networks, Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and from August 2000 to January 2006, respectively. Ms. Perdikou served on the board of directors and audit committee of Lam Research Corporation, a major provider of wafer fabrication equipment and services, from May 2011 to November 2012. Ms. Perdikou served as Chief Information Officer at Women.com from June 1999 to August 2000, and held the position of Vice President, Global Networks, at Reader’s Digest from March 1992 to April 1998, as well as leadership positions at Knight Ridder from June 1999 to August 2000, and Dun & Bradstreet from August 1989 to March 1992. Ms. Perdikou holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science with Operational Research from Paisley University in Paisley, Scotland, a Post-Graduate degree in Education from Jordanhill College in Glasgow, Scotland and a Masters in Information Systems from Pace University in New York.

Avril England is the general manager of Veeva Systems Inc.’s Veeva Vault, a fast-growing cloud software platform and suite of applications to manage content, data, and business processes for life sciences and other regulated industries. Under Avril’s leadership, Veeva Vault has grown to represent more than 50% of Veeva revenues. Avril has more than 25 years of experience building and scaling product teams, including 15 years at innovative software-as-a-service companies. She was a key contributor in two successful IPOs and played leadership roles at world-class organizations including Oracle PeopleSoft, Cisco WebEx and IBM DemandTec. Avril holds a bachelor of commerce honors degree from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, and has received numerous professional and academic awards.

Amnon Shoshani has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2009. Since February 1995, Mr. Shoshani has served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Cabaret Holdings Ltd. and, since March 1999, he has also served as Managing Partner of Cabaret Security Ltd. and Cabaret Holdings Ltd. and ArbaOne Inc. ventures activities where he had a lead role in managing the groups’ portfolio companies. Since 2018, Mr. Shoshani has served as the President and Chairman of the Board of directors of Smartech – The Industry Pivot Ltd. Between 2005 and 2018, he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Smartech. From 1994 to April 2005, Mr. Shoshani owned a Tel-Aviv boutique law firm engaged in entrepreneurship, traditional industries and high tech, which he founded. Mr. Shoshani holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Francois Auque has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2019. Most recently, Mr. Auque was Chairman of Airbus Ventures, the venture capital arm of Airbus. Previously, Mr. Auque headed the Airbus space division for 16 years as a member of Airbus Group’s Executive Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Auque served as Chief Financial Officer of Aerospatiale-Matra, one of the three founding firms of the European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company (EADS), Europe’s largest aerospace company (now Airbus). He was Chief Financial Officer of Aerospatiale, from 1991 to 2000. Mr. Auque currently advises a venture capital fund and a private equity firm, and is a member of the Rexel Board of Directors, serving as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Mr. Auque holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commercials, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from the Paris Institute of Political Studies, and is a graduate in economics from Ecole Nationale d’ Administration.

Mary Yang has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2023. Ms. Yang brings more than 25 years of experience in technology-related fields and has built a successful career serving in executive leadership positions focused on strategy execution, corporate development, alliance opportunities and global M&A activity. She most recently served as the senior vice president and chief strategy officer of Ciena Corporation, a networking systems, services and software company. Previously, Ms. Yang was vice president of corporate development and strategic alliances at cybersecurity company Fortinet, Inc. She has also held senior leadership roles in strategy and corporate development at leading communications companies including Cisco Systems, Inc. and Nortel Networks Limited.
